Angličtina v medzinárodnom tíme = async default, explicitné časové pásma a priestor pre rôzne tempo. Distributed tím nefunguje na „ všetci na calle rozumeli “ — funguje na dokumentovaných rozhodnutiach a inclusive invite. Pomalšie tempo, chat backup a recap šetria kolegov v inom čase aj na inej úrovni angličtiny.
